  • Express Shipping: 5-7 business days

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using our Track My Order page.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.
  • Some products may have customs restrictions in certain countries. Please check your local import regulations.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and import taxes.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify it.
